Difficulty of the poses/sequence: Intermediate. Kinda fast paced vinyasa. Harder poses like camel, half moon, pigeon and crow.
The class: This class starts with a warm up. Next are some standing poses to help get the body warmed up. There’s a vinyasa next and then a seated sequence. There’s a lot of twists throughout the video.
Overall: I really liked this video. It had really good flow! I thought it was challenging but I was able to keep up with it and enjoyed it!
