This video is an intermediate class, but I didn’t feel like it was too difficult so it would be great for someone who is just beyond beginner level. It has sun salutations followed by warrior poses then some other random flows. There is about five minutes of laying in shavasana at the end of this video, she wraps up the class afterwards. I’d say the most difficult poses in it are the bridge (which I love!), side plank (still a struggle for me) and the tree pose (still working on improving my balance.. getting better everyday!). This is a well paced video that is simple to follow along with!
